If you’re a construction contractor, there’s a good chance you are already a Member of NBCSA.
NBCSA has two types of Membership:
NBCSA Members are companies whose WorkSafeNB industry code falls under Construction /Construction Trade Services. NBCSA receives a levy through their WorkSafeNB account fees. This qualifies the company to receive automatic Member status with NBCSA. You can find the list of Construction / Construction Trade Services codes here as well as finding it on your WorkSafeNB Experience Rating Form.
Companies whose WorkSafeNB industry code is not classified under Construction / Construction Trade Services, are non-members and are eligible to purchase an Associate Membership.
